End Your Tenancy Enquiry

This form is to be completed by tenants seeking to terminate their tenancy with Reside. This will not issue formal notice to your landlord, but is a request to be sent a form which needs to be completed as the first stage to ending your tenancy.

Your Obligations as Tenant/s

Your rent account must be cleared before the tenancy end date. You can contact you rent officer for further details.
You must clear all rubbish and waste from the property including private garden/s which must be cleaned and cleared. No rubbish or belongings should be left in the communal areas.
You must give full vacant possession of the property, by returning all keys and not leaving anyone in the premises unless written consent is obtained by the landlord or agent.
You must inform Housing Benefit and Council Tax of your move.
You must inform your energy provider, water supplier and any other utilities of your move.
