As your landlord, the safety of our residents is our first priority.
Windows are fitted with safety restrictors to help prevent falls from height and avoid the windows failing due to winds.
We have become aware that, in some properties, windows are being forced open beyond the point allowed by their safety restrictors. This is a serious safety risk. If your window is opened too far, please immediately return it to its safety position.
We take window safety extremely seriously and appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping your home safe, particularly for the benefit of any children or vulnerable residents in the property.
