EVO Services – New caretaking and grounds maintenance provider
Changes from 10 November 2025
From 10 November 2025, EVO, our property services partner, will take over the delivery of caretaking and grounds maintenance across all B&D Reside homes.
This change is part of our ongoing work to deliver services for residents, focusing on accountability, consistent standards, and clear communication.
About EVO
EVO is a trusted and experienced property services provider with a strong record in keeping residential buildings clean, safe, and well maintained.
Their teams are fully trained, uniformed, and easily recognisable. EVO staff use photo-based proof-of-clean technology to record each visit, confirm standards, and highlight any issues that may need repair.
What EVO will do
EVO’s caretaking and grounds maintenance services will include:
- Cleaning: Inside and outside areas cleaned up to three times a week. Lifts, handrails, and shared surfaces disinfected regularly.
- Grounds maintenance: Paths, podiums, car parks, and green spaces litter-picked every visit, with grass and shrubs maintained to a high standard.
- Bin store management: Checked and tidied three times a week and deep cleaned twice a year.
- Graffiti: EVO's team will take a proactive approach to reduce the impact of offensive graffiti in communal areas.
- Annual deep clean: Internal stairs and landings deep cleaned once a year.
How to recognise EVO staff
EVO staff will wear branded uniforms and display EVO identification. You will also see new posters in your block showing cleaning schedules and contact information.
