You can download a copy of the survey here, complete it and either send it back to us in the post using Freepost B&D Reside. Alternatively, we are sending paper copies to all residents who do not have an email or mobile phone. Look out for your copy in the post.\n

Who sees my answers and is my data safe?

Responses are collected anonymously through our survey partner, YourCall, and used only to understand resident views and improve services. \n

Why is this only about estate services and cleaning, not repairs or anti-social behaviour?

This campaign is focused specifically on estate services and cleaning standards. Other aspects of your landlord service are covered through separate surveys and reporting routes.
