Building & Fire Safety Day

B&D Reside hosted our first Building & Fire Safety Day at the Arbor Court courtyard. Residents from across the estate met our building safety and management teams to discuss the measures in place to keep your buildings safe and how to report concerns. A crew from the London Fire Brigade (LFB) delivered a live demonstration and Q&A for families in attendance.

Wearing bright pink Reside T-shirts, our building safety, repairs and neighbourhood teams answered questions and shared practical safety guidance throughout the day. 

It was great to see so many of you taking an interest in the work we do. Your feedback helps shape our efforts to keep your homes secure and communicate important safety information. 

Fun and informative

Attendees received block-specific information packs, guidance on testing smoke alarms and everyday fire safety at home, and goody bags containing bespoke Reside merchandise.

There was face-painting and refreshments on the day, and a live fire engine demonstration delivered by a crew from the LFB.
