A House for Artists - access system upgrade

Fob access to the building: system reset on 29 June 2026

On Monday 29 June 2026, we will be upgrading and reprogramming the building's access control system at A House for Artists.

This upgrade will improve building security, allow us to replace lost fobs more efficiently, and improve access arrangements for communal and domestic repairs.

As part of this work, all existing fobs will be deactivated and replaced with new ones.

What this means for residents

•  Existing fobs will stop working on 29 June 2026.
• Residents will need a new fob to access the building after this date.
• Three new fobs will be issued for each apartment.
• New fobs will be available to collect from the ground floor foyer on 29 June 2026.
• Residents must bring photo ID matching the name on their tenancy or lease agreement when collecting their new fobs.
• The upgrade work is expected to take one working day to complete.

If you cannot attend

If you are unable to collect your new fob on 29 June 2026, please email residecompliance@bdreside.co.uk to arrange an appointment to collect your fob after the upgrade work has been completed.

Please note that new fobs will not be available before the upgrade is completed.
