200 Becontree

This stunning development in Dagenham is a must see. These two contemporary villas offer 19 affordable rented homes – 13 one bedroom, four two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom flats.

The development made a national TV appearance on Michael Portillo’s Great British Railway Journeys, thanks to its respectful nod to the original Becontree Estate design.

As the name suggests, 200 Becontree is at the heart of the Becontree Estate which was built after the First World War.

  1. Location

The area is in the heart of Barking and Dagenham and is within easy reach of Barking town centre which is fast becoming one of east London’s most vibrant and diverse retail and leisure centres.
